ZQRL Terms of Service
 

Welcome to ZQRL, a product operated by NP Workspace.
 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZQRL URL shortening, QR code, analytics, and link management platform (the "Service").

 

By accessing, registering for, or using ZQRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

 

  1. About ZQRL

    ZQRL provides URL shortening, link management, analytics, QR code generation, and related digital link-management services.

    We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.

     

  2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

    By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

    If you use ZQRL on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

     

  3. User Accounts

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

    • All activities conducted through your account.

    • Providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

    • Keeping your account information up to date.

    • You agree to notify ZQRL promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

       

  4. Acceptable Use

    You may not use ZQRL to create, distribute, promote, redirect to, or facilitate content or activities involving the following:

    1. Illegal Activities

      1. Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

      2. Fraudulent schemes or deceptive practices.

      3. Unauthorized or unlawful financial activities.

      4. Scams, impersonation, or misleading activities.

    2. Harmful or Malicious Content

      1. Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious software.

      2. Phishing websites.

      3. Credential-harvesting pages.

      4. Websites intended to compromise devices, accounts, or personal information.

      5. Scam or impersonation websites.

    3. Intellectual Property Violations

      1. Copyright infringement.

      2. Trademark infringement.

      3. Unauthorized distribution of pirated software, movies, music, books, or other protected material.

      4. Content that infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of another person or organization.

    4. Restricted or Prohibited Content

      1. Child sexual abuse or exploitation material.

      2. Terrorist or extremist content prohibited by applicable law.

      3. Illegal weapons or weapons-related sales.

      4. Illegal drugs or controlled substances.

      5. Content promoting or facilitating violence, criminal activity, or unlawful conduct.

    ZQRL reserves the right to disable, suspend, block, or remove any shortened link, QR code, account, or associated content that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or reputational risk.

     

  5. Link Monitoring and Platform Security

     

    To protect users and maintain the security and integrity of the platform, ZQRL may:
     

    • Review reported links.

    • Scan destination URLs for security threats.

    • Investigate suspicious activity.

    • Detect abuse, spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent activity.

    • Disable or remove harmful or abusive links.

    • Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.

    ZQRL is not obligated to proactively monitor every shortened link or destination URL created through the Service.

     

  6. Intellectual Property

     

    ZQRL, including its software, platform functionality, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, website content, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to NP Workspace.

    Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

    • Copy or reproduce the platform or its proprietary components.

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by law.

    • Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without authorization.

    • Use the ZQRL or NP Workspace name, trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.

    • Attempt to interfere with or bypass the security or technical restrictions of the Service.

       

  7. User Content

    You retain ownership of the URLs, information, and content you submit through ZQRL.

     

    By submitting content or URLs to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

    • You have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit such content.

    • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law.

    • Your use does not infringe the rights of any third party.

     

    You grant ZQRL and NP Workspace a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, display, and otherwise handle your submitted information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

     

  8. Analytics

     

    ZQRL may collect and display analytics related to shortened links and QR codes, including information such as:

    • Click counts.

    • Referring websites or sources.

    • Device information.

    • Browser information.

    • Operating system information.

    • Approximate geographic information.

    • Date and time of visits.

    • Other aggregated or technical usage information.

     

    Analytics are provided for informational purposes only.

    While we attempt to provide accurate information, ZQRL does not guarantee that analytics, click counts, geographic data, or other statistics will always be complete or perfectly accurate.

     

  9. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments

     

    Certain ZQRL features may be offered through paid subscription plans.

    Pricing, usage limits, features, and billing periods applicable to each plan will be displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

     

    By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges associated with that plan.

     

    Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. ZQRL does not directly store complete payment card or banking information where payments are processed by such providers.

    Taxes, duties, or other statutory charges may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

    Cancellation, refund, and subscription-related matters are governed by our applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.

     

  10. Privacy

     

    Your use of ZQRL is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

     

    By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, and used as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable laws.

     

  11. Suspension and Termination

     

    ZQRL may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, links, QR codes, or access to the Service where we reasonably believe that:

    • These Terms have been violated.
    • The Service is being used for unlawful or abusive activities.
    • An account or link presents a security risk.
    • Excessive abuse or spam complaints have been received.
    • Platform stability or other users may be threatened.
    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
    • Suspension or termination is required to comply with applicable law or lawful requests.

     

    Where appropriate, action may be taken without prior notice.

     

    Users may also stop using the Service or cancel eligible paid subscriptions in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

     

  12. Third-Party Websites

     

    Shortened links and QR codes created through ZQRL may redirect users to websites or services operated by third parties.

     

    ZQRL and NP Workspace do not:

    • Control third-party websites.

    • Endorse third-party content solely because it is accessible through a ZQRL link.

    • Guarantee the accuracy, reliability, security, or availability of third-party content.

    • Accept responsibility for the products, services, content, privacy practices, or activities of third-party websites.

     

    Users access third-party websites at their own discretion and risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

ZQRL and NP Workspace do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding:

  • Availability.
  • Reliability.
  • Accuracy.
  • Security.
  • Performance.
  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZQRL, NP Workspace, and their owners, representatives, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, where legally permitted:

  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of revenue.
  • Loss of data.
  • Loss of business opportunities.
  • Business interruption.
  • Loss resulting from third-party websites or destination URLs.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the affected user to ZQRL during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZQRL, NP Workspace, their owners, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your infringement of the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party.
  • Content or destination URLs submitted through your account.

16. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that content accessible through a ZQRL shortened link infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted or protected work.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing ZQRL link or destination URL.
  • Your name and contact information.
  • Sufficient information for us to investigate the complaint.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is unauthorized.

ZQRL may disable or remove reported links while investigating legitimate complaints.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Our Service.
  • Business practices.
  • Security requirements.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on the ZQRL website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
